Easy 30-Day Returns
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. 

Items must be unused and in their original condition. Where possible, items should be returned in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–7 working days. You will also receive an email confirmation once this has been completed.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@nonslipland.co.uk

Please include your order number and clear photos to help us resolve the issue more quickly. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
